THE PROCESS / LESS GUESSWORK

Built around
your working day.

We start with how the work actually moves through your business. Then we build a setup that makes the next step easier.

01

Map the way you work.

We follow one real enquiry through your business: where it comes from, what you ask, how you estimate, and what happens after you send a quote.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

A conversation about your trade, service area, typical jobs, and current tools.

WHAT YOU GET

A short list of bottlenecks, a recommended starting point, and a written scope.

02

Build the right connections.

We design your website or workflow around the agreed outcome. We check tool access and integration support before promising a connection.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Your existing branding, project photos, service details, and access to the tools in scope.

WHAT YOU GET

A working preview you can review, with clear rules for what happens and when.

03

Test the whole journey.

We run through the customer experience and the internal process—from the form on a phone to the notification your team receives.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Your feedback on the copy, the process, and what should happen in unusual cases.

WHAT YOU GET

Checked forms, tested notifications, agreed follow-up rules, and a launch checklist.

04

Launch and put it to work.

We launch the system, walk you through the controls, and document the pieces your team will use. Support is agreed as part of your scope.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

The people who will use the system and approval to go live.

WHAT YOU GET

A team walkthrough, clear ownership of your accounts, and an agreed support plan.

BEFORE WE START.

A few practical
details.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the website, the number of workflows, the tools being connected, and how ready your content is. We agree on milestones and an estimated launch window in the proposal rather than promising a generic turnaround.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Your business should own its domain, customer data, and business software accounts. Ownership, access, hosting, and the handover are documented in the scope.

Can AI be part of the workflow?

Yes, when it is useful—for example, organising incoming project details or drafting a reply for review. Important pricing, commitments, and unusual customer situations stay under your team’s control.

What about customer messages and consent?

We agree on what messages are sent, who receives them, and how someone can stop receiving them. Marketing sequences need an appropriate consent process. We configure the workflow around the approved rules.
